TO ENROLL?
To register please complete the enclosed enrolment
form and send it to our office. After having received
our confirmation (by mail) you should send a deposit
of 18% of the total price by bank transfer to our
account. The remainder of the balance due is to be
paid in Spain on the first day of the course.
When you transfer the deposit, don't forget to name
your full name, the date your course and the reservation
number.Please note: without paying the deposit we
can't guarantee your booking. Last-minute reservations
will be confirmed by e-mail.
As we have only a limited capacity we recommend that
you register at least 4 weeks in advance. Of
course it is always possible to make a reservation
at short notice, as long as there are still vacancies.
You may cancel your registration at any time before
the commencement of the course. The following conditions
apply:
• up to three weeks before the course starts
we charge a fee of 50 € of the deposit
• if the cancellation is made after that your
deposit will not be reimbursed
• no cancellations can be made after the course
has begun, and no refunds will be given if you choose
to leave before the end of the course
Please note that all cancellations must be made in
writing and are only effective from the day of receipt.
